Las Vegas, NV - Yappo.com has re-branded and re-designed their Gay VOD product, changing the appearance of the site and dropping the “Gay” title from the moniker.

“Gay Yappo and Straight Yappo are one entity. They share one database and as such, we thought that specifying the difference in the name was an irrelevant and antiquated approach.” according to Liam Colins, Product Manager for Yappo.com.

The name change comes with a new look for the site. “We went with a very masculine feel. The goal was to offer some differentiation and contrast, while staying within the Yappo brand appearance.”

On the heels of their recent signings of Vivid Entertainment and Penthouse Digital these landmark announcements are becoming almost routine from Yappo.com.

Any story about the growing juggernaut that is Jules Jordan Video must include a short biography of the smut master himself. Jules Jordan entered the industry in the mid-90s, working in adult video stores in Philadelphia. While still toiling in retail outlets, Jordan produced some amateur content which soon turned into shooting full adult movies. In 1996, wanting to expand his knowledge of the business end of adult video, Jules went to work for East Coast distribution giant Pleasure/ IVD.
